Found a bank teller who wanted to get rid of her $9.50 in halves. She was ecstatic I even wanted the black ones (they were tarnished silver Kennedy halves, 64, 66, 67 and 69). My eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw this beautiful coin (the nicest Walking Liberty half I have ever found) among the clad:

It still has nearly full mint luster!

Some of you may know may best circulation find ever, not in a roll but in a cashier's tray. If you don't than look at the photos.
    These coins made my month.

I found a 2011 DDO 4 recently, it is probably my best find yet.

    $36 BWR, $44 CWR Nickels:
    - Silver: skunk
    - Pre-1960 (17): 39 (x4), 40, 46, 47 (x2), 47-S, 52, 53, 54, 54-D, 57-D, 58-D, 59-D (x2)
    - Canadian: 1983

Two of the CWR were solid 1970s vintage all in average circulated condition. They were in new wrappers, so it seems someone separated them recently. Running across rolls like that always gives me a moment's pause when I wonder what will happen to my horde someday. I hope I've given the people who may end up with it when I'm gone enough information to know that sometimes face value is just a starting point.

    I'm afraid to open it!

(The other end was normal, BTW; my son thought maybe it was a whole roll of Barbers ;-)

Not as pretty as I'd hoped, but beggars can't be choosers. Happy to have found one at all.
