Getting close to finishing the front half of this series. I actually have a toned 1939, but need to send it into PCGS to be photographed. Now for the back half, which is much tougher.
Picked this up last week. Sellers image. Had a 1F, never the 2F. All original skin, not a cleaning or dip in sight. Better in hand.
A member mailed me State Parks Quarter 2014-S Version Only rolls and bags I think. One has a copper hue in Clad bad mix thin layering one two. .
Here's a couple seller pics of my Newps I hope the walker is a scan and the luster is just washed out a bit. A weak strike, but the toning made it a must buy.
Wow that picture of the walker is horrible after being cropped and resized. Here's the link for a better view: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201297786070?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
My philosophy is that you can ALWAYS buy the newest slab from the highest regarded TPG, but you can NEVER put back these old small slabs from ANACS back together once they are cracked, broken, or terribly scuffed (which they dont seem to do that bad as well). Im a sentimental chap and like these small holders.
B-A-C-K O-F-F M-Y T-E-R-R-I-T-O-R-Y I love these holders, well as much as you can love a holder anyway. Glad to see others appreciate them as well.
My fascination with these slabs is NOT funny though. Like I have even searched out storage boxes that specifically fit and hold these small holders. Apparently at least two major companies made some boxes for them. Eagle made a nice box that holds 21 slabs in 3 rows of 7 coins. Intercept Shield made a tracbox of 20. I think I have 4 of each so far. Needing more though Outta space
