    What sort of lighting are you using? I don't see any luster.

    I just took the pics with my iPhone camera in my dining room. This coin in person looks great. Never cleaned. I will take more pics now

    MS-63, MS-64 depending on luster.

    It still doesn't look like there is any luster. It looks dull to me.

    This is what I would expect to see.

    These photos were taken with lights to the northeast and northwest. The luster should radiate around the coin like the spokes of a wheel when you tilt it south, east, north or west. That's why the big silver dollars are commonly called "cartwheels".

    I agree with Chris. It still looks a little washed-out. If there's luster, there, you're not capturing it well.
