image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg picked up these proof sets the other day. Couple doubles in here including 4 56 and 5 61.
Iv always like the earlier proof sets. Just wanted to see the 55 set is worth splitting and stabbing.

Don't stab them! You'll destroy their value.

I doubt that there is any auto-correct function that would work as long as the spelling is an actual word.

WOW!!! Very impressive!! All I have is 1956-1964, one of each set. I'm officially jealous. Please stop making me drool all over my screen. Nice collection, how long did it take to complete???

I pay $27 each for the common dates, $35 for the 1958, almost $50 for the 1956. I guess if you buy in bulk it is a different story though. Great deal on those, congrats on such an incredible collection.

I like the toning on half and dime.

I also think that the quarter may have a cameo, hard to see early proofs like that with that kind of eye appeal.

That is one heck of a deal. Even a full run of 54-64 with no duplicates could easily run you $200 just for the 54 and 55 for nice ones (the 54 looks like it could have been handpicked with contrast like that). Count me in the jealous camp!!
