2000 Canadian nickel with "dew drop"

    Just got this interesting nickel with a die chip on the righthand maple leaf--the seller called it a "dew drop," but maybe it's maple syrup....

    It looks like part of the coin, so I'd call it a cud... not a crud.

    Thanx all, for the enlightenment! I'll learn the lingo eventually. BTW, the seller says he has seen several identical coins and thinks it should be a listed type.
