I just bought 1883-cc MS64 for $225 cash & I have verified the coin & grade on PCGS Verification . But I am trying to find out what year's they ( pcgs) used light green label's ??

I took bad picture's to show the label ( I on a learning curb ) But the LABEL IS LIGHT GREEN !

    Thank you for taking a look & I look forward to all the feedback ! TODAYYYY PIC'S 011.jpg TODAYYYY PIC'S 012.jpg TODAYYYY PIC'S 013.jpg

I thought I remember them switching to the label with the Univers font around 1991, and this one came before it.

Sound's great & thank you. I was thinking about sending it off to CAC.

I'm thinking mid-90's, maybe slightly earlier.

Good deal for that price IMO. I have yet to get a Carson City Morgan of any kind, I'm sure CAC will approve it. $225 was a very good deal, I would have payed way more.

I have an Old Green Holder similar to that too.

Yea those (green holders) actually can turn yellow or blue depending on which pigment breaks down... i always look on the reverse and check if it says pcgs.com.... if it does its after ´95... NICE coin $225 is very good price!

They used light green labels between the very late '80s and around 1999. Yours is not from the 1980's, the font on those are different and the coin rattles inside the holder.
