Kennedy Half Dollar 1971-D DDO-017

    My dad just pointed out to me that Larry (aka on these boards as atrox001) just got a new Kennedy variety listed with CONECA. WOW, 44 years to be listed and look at that doubling!

    What a great find and for something minted in 1971. From the pictures on Variety Vista, this coin should be strong enough to be listed in the Cherrypickers’ Guide.

    Congratulations to Mr. Nienaber for this great find!

    Yes, that doubling on the I of IN & last T in TRUST is right impressive! Congrats Larry!
