Thanks! Just looking for toners. Looks like it might be a little bit difficult to find some dates with color, at least from what I've seen so far.
That's a 1889-O. Selling in that grade at HA for around $3200. I've bought from that seller before and was pleased. I'm wondering if they think the coin is a crack-out potential or just trying to get a 300+% toning premium? I agree the seller is asking for a big price on that coin.
Booker T. Washington has some nice color toning. Excuse my picture taking, it is difficult for me but I do my best. Takes a long time. Enjoy, Steve
@49ers, can you take another picture showing the coin? I'm in a sarcastic mood and almost typed "great caramel, wood toning"?
I am no sure how I feel regarding your sarcastic remark. I am disabled with Parkinson's disease And have to take pictures in my wheelchair. So no I did my best and when my family are around and available they help me with pictures. I am not feeling very sarcastic.
Thank You. My outlook in life is so positive. I'm young 49 to have a severe case of the disease. I used to metal detect and belonged to a great club. Treasure hunting for coins almost anything will always be in my blood. I will post my most best find a 1786 New Jersey copper. it's hard to read and well worn. Steve
