Not to the trained eye. If you are new to varieties, machine doubling can be tricky, especially on the EPU of wheat cents. I would recommend that you read up on MD and examine photos. Here's a very good tutorial- http://www.errorvariety.com/OFD/MD.html To address the 1955P 1DR-002P, for one thing it's from a different mint and it's a proof variety. A doubled die will show distinct separation lines, whereas MD is simply flat and shelf like, and appears to cut into the devices.
