1797 dated "Cartwheel" Penny. I understand that these were minted for many years with the 1797 date. It is large and very heavy (don't have the weight handy).

There is some circular damage on George, which looks intentional. Possibly a bank or merchant countermark?

the cartwheel coins were minted in the soho mint birmingham by matthew boulton on the stream press, the minting was slow so it did take a few years to complete the contract.the penny is one ounce ,the twopence two ounces, the idea was that shop keepers would use them as weights as well as money.not a good idea and not repeated.

two type of sixpences for 1887 jubilee head--the first had a shield on the reverse-same design and size as the half sovereign,so they were guilded and passed as half sovereigns.this is the design to put a stop to that--nice coin
