your deal sounds to good to pass up with 2 lens for that amount. I am sure you will get good photos with it. are you getting a macro lens ?

The mega pixel size is allowing for really good zoom & crops, but I would definitely love a macro lens in the future! Been doing a lot of outdoor/nature shots so far and really enjoying some of the features, like "selective color". Just beautiful quality! Only tested it with 1 coin and my old lighting source needs to be updated because the sensors in this camera are much more accurate than the old junker :) lol!

My 2015 Silver Eagle Proof just came yesterday. I have a standing order from one of the dealers DSC00658.JPG DSC00659.JPG to get a PF 70 every year. This one is really nice cameo, and looks quite attractive--don't care about the First Strike, Second Strike, Last Strike, whatever label. :)

Good choice as Baseball coin over shadowed this coin. So mintage numbers should be low plus mintstage tendencies also stay lower than Proof coins

Local coin shop visit today. From the Bargain Bin special.

An employee of the shop thought it would be an AU but it seems to my exceedingly amateur eyes, that might be generous. Any thoughts on grade would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for checking it out.

Was it the uniform pitting that gave you that impression? That was my second thought. My first was, "wow, thats some really evenly spaced toning on the purdy IHC"

I agree. Certain coins I buy with intent to sell, this would not make the cut. Coins for profit must be problem free. But for my personal eccentric, or childrens collection, I will say this, I am not saying "no" to it.
