What should this 1918 Illinois Centennial Commemorative grade as?

The photos aren't great but it has a light gold tone w/ no environmental damage as what may appear on the obverse's bottom. Also, possible errors shown in last few pics...

    Thanks in advance!

Possible DDR with bottom serifs of H and A in HALF?

Split serif on bottom left inside of H?

Also, a high relief dot between the A and T in STATES on reverse. 20150124165146.jpg

I don't think that is a split serif on the "H". Is the "dot" between the "A" & "T" raised or recessed? Are you using LED lighting? It's not the best.

Dot is raised everywhere completely, including left of the dot, which is part of the dot, so I'm sure it's not metal damage and displacement.

I'm using LED for the photos after the first two. It obstructs a lot of the image with its bright light with a stronger contrast in shadow areas.

If the dot is raised, then it is probably a die dent or (maybe) a die chip.

Yeah, I hate the LED lighting on the newer digital microscopes.

I think I was pretty off, after looking at it more, 63, 64 depending on luster.

    I really like it.

    It has strong cartwheel luster.

This is the first time I've seen this coin. I love it! I don't know why I love coins with Abe Lincoln on them. I grew up studying the Civil War and loving Bobby Lee, Longstreet, JEB Stuart, Pickett, & Thomas Jackson. I hated Abe as a preteen to teenager. Now, there is nothing, other than the fairer persuasion, that I would rather look at than Abe's face on a cent! How crazy is that?!?

The obverse image makes it look like there are breaks in the luster on the high points. I'm at AU-58.

I think that may be due to lighting issues.

Here's the bottom part of the obverse with more light.
