    I won't attempt to grade but those tiny hits all over are going to take away some of the grade.

    This coin has the "orange peel effect", which is caused by die deterioration or over polishing, on most of the surface so in the last to photos what look like tiny hits is mainly just the orange peel effect. Though there are a couple contact marks.

    LOL, I liked the first photo of the coin that is cropped so much that I changed it to my avatar.

    Thank you for that info. I've heard of the orange peel effect but never seen a coin with it.

    The pictures show a coin that is above MS-60. However, I cannot grade accurately from those pictures.
