Anyone want to invest in some copper?

It doesn't matter how much money one has, those are divorce coins there. My boss spent more than that on Christmas cards this year, but had he chucked down $7 million for a few old coins, I'm willing to bet he'd be sleeping in the non-metaphorical doghouse for quite a few nights. If I had that kind of cash to spend on just coins, I'd have to have a few shady offshore money managers to handle things.

My wife's comment when I told her about these hammer prices? "Clearly some people have more money than cents..."

Would if I could especially the chain cent. Unfortunately I'm just a working class Joe want a chain in g-vg problem free if I had unlimited dough tho...

I once bid $10, 000 on a coin instead of $10. Didn't have my glasses on. I sweated that one out. Luckily no one bid higher that $11. It was probably only worth $8.
