There have been several threads about this on the PCGS boards. The State Legislature of MN decided to craft a bill that defined any coins with greater than 1% precious metal content to be deemed "bullion" and then to fall under the umbrella of the legislation. In short, if you sell "bullion" to a resident of MN then you may have to jump through a relatively large number of hoops and go through investigations and put up surety bonds for members of the company. Many coin dealers are now skipping shows in MN and/or refusing to sell to those in the state.

Talk about killing a hobby or livelihood! How do they control something like eBay or is this strictly commercial/retail sales? This actually deserves a thread of it's own.

I have several I guess not that they are hard to find or cost an arm and leg but I am just too tight to justify spending the money I reckon.
    1909SVDB cent
    1939S Rev of 40 nickel
    1955DDO cent
    1937 3legged Buffalo nickel
Well I guess the list could on but those are ones I will acquire just got to turn loose of the common cash.

Not my coin. Just my comment. I know you actively collect Korean coins. I think it's Dwhiz that needs to respond.

Got one... in a Canadian TPG flip (ICCS MS-64), it will be making the trip to PCGS in 2015... then the #1 spot will be mine <insert evil muhuhuh laugh here>

It amazes me how some coins stored in the same place, the same length of time, and in the same condition will tone and others won't. Wish I could get a better picture but at any other angle all I get is light reflection.

P.S. for all of you "error guys" there is a 72 die brake in this lot.
