    Thanks, I know it is a '90-'92 based on the FG on the reverse, but I can imagine it being a '99.

    The letters look fuzzy...dunno how else to describe it...the 99 reverses usually have crisper lettering.

    I know value is dependent on what someone would be willing to pay, (I'm not selling anyway) but what would the baseline value be? Is there a premium for this big of a cud?
