Anyone pick up the $1 Coin and Currency Set?

It was a joke. They seem to be grading a lot of these as 69 and now a few 70's, whereas PCGS has only graded a few 69 and none at 70. TC

I've moved from "On Hold" to "Backorder". They still haven't charged my card....starting to worry.

 

Listed out of stock...my 5 on backorder.

 

I think this time might be a real sell out. But we have to check tomorrow report in order to predict it again. I see prices for these sets, coin and currency set, four coins silver kennedy set and two coins clad set. Together with kennedy 3/4 oz were improved a little bit.

 

The mint authorization hold on my card came off. Money has been placed back into my account. Not a good sign.

 

Mine as well. This is baloney, I placed my order on the 4th and had a charge on my card for several days. Now I have nothing and my order is saying backordered.

This is Bull-Ish if I dont get my coins after all those people ordered after me.

Cool! Maybe with the way this set was handled the big dealers didn't have time to line up their minions to corner the market. If distribution was spread out, there should be fewer sets being flipped, thus higher values.

 

Here ARE the numbers from the mint spreadsheet from online search:

One member on another board is saying the mint sent out a dear john letter saying they may not get theirs. I don't know the details about order date, etc.

 

Just received 5 today, man are these things beautiful, almost look like reverse proofs. One has a problem (a gash in the field on the obverse), the others clearly aren't perfect, but may grade 69.

 

Two coins clad set should be sell out by next report. While four coins silver set and kennedy gold should be sell out by end of February 2015.

It looks like this set can easily move to $40.00 and above. Because a lot of bulk offers were absorbed. And prices did not fall. That means strong. I gave this set an A+.

 

My 12/4 order is now "processing" this morning. TC

 

As of this morning, my order says "Processing". Yesterday it was on "Back Order". I'm crossing my fingers.

The Mints going to try to get out every last order it has on the books prior to the close of the year.
