Appears to be in the XF to AU range. This is not my series, so I can't give an estimate as to the value. However, there are others here that are very well versed in this series that should chime in shortly. In the meantime try doing an eBay search for sold listings of 1912 wheat cents and find one that matches the quality of yours. That should give you a decent idea of the market value for your coin.
