Another Morgan For Me-A Tough Date

    @Randy Abercrombie Here's one of the lower mintages fir the series.
    Here’s an 1899 Morgan that I recently added to my growing collection. She’s in nice shape, probably XF I think. She came with a steel blue/gray appearance that I find very attractive. Only 330,000 were minted so one of the tougher ones to find.

    Nice coin. Definitely a better date, but high survival rate, too. One of the underrated Morgans. I have posted my MS 64 here a few times.

    Somehow this year avoided the melting pot but the price has definitely gone up despite the availability.
