Cool coin ... but you might want to take this to the good ol' World Coin Section (they eat-up these coins from the 1800's)

    Cheers, Pat C.

Hey, in the good ol' days, the two sites were combined (one man's ancient coin is another man's modern, my friend)

I agree with Steve. Most ancient collectors will not know of anything so new. Most of us stop around 1453, with many stopping at 500 ad.

Looks like a Conder token ?

Correct. It looks like an English city halfpenny, but the picture is too dark, small and blurred to tell which one. Very modest value in that condition.

    Its Irish.

1800 Wexford Enniscorthy Halfpenny Condor Token.
OBVERSE: A castle by the sea, having a gateway with portcullis with 6 bars. PAYABLE AT THE BANK OF R. W. ENNISCORTHY.
REVERSE: A monogram RW upon a shield suspended from the branch of a tree. A.D. 1800. EDGE: Plain.

    About $5 in that condition.

My apologies for the repetition. I'm new to the site and slowly learning to navigate. The poll entry confuses me. I'm not sure what is being asked.

Just forget doing a poll, its not necessary.

I'm unable to list the post unless I enter something. Does entering "NA" create confusion?

Just go to the section best for your post, in this case "World Coins" then at the top see "Post New Thread" and go from there, no poll required.
