    “ONLY reputable TPG's.”

That requirement seems somewhat suggestive. Do you mean companies that can tell the difference between coins that are either “modern commemoratives” or belong in a given series? If so, that rules out one company that pops to mind……

Then my apologies for the misunderstanding on my part.

To answer the request in your title, here are two from NGC -

And while I cannot find a copy of an auction or a picture of it, there is one 1964 SMS MS69 graded by PCGS. Here is a screen shot of the pop listing on Heritage -

    - the existence of that coin is confirmed in multiple hard copy/paper issues of the PCGS pop reports.

Here are links to two more dated 1966 -

That is all I am aware of from the specific years you asked about. But as I am sure you are aware, there are many more, thousands of them, struck from both silver and clad planchets that have been graded MS/SMS 69 or 70 by both NGC and PCGS dated from 1976 on.

Yes. This includes PCGS regardless of their position on the 2014 Silver Kennedy's.

It is not just 'Silver' but 'clad' and 'gold' too........

So noted. I have no idea why they've chosen this route which is identical to the route taken with the 2011 25th Anniversary Silver Eagle Sets. The US Mint spokesman stated that the non-mint marked (bullion) SAE's in the Sets were produced at San Francisco yet the pre-printed documentation said they were not.

PCGS chose to go with the COA which was printed well before the coins had been minted. The US Mint should have issued corrected COA's but they didn't.

Mostly silly but then, it has nothing to do with this thread which is aimed at the non-SP69/SP70 CnClad Kennedy coins.
