it looks authentic. I am guessing it is aluminum bronze. because of the dings and scratches I am guessing because of the aluminum is just a softer metal

I would bring a magnet to test it yourself just to be sure.

does it have to be the 1939 date for this type coin ?
the 1933, 1935, 1937, and 1938 are way cheaper in the nickel version.

On eBay there are several examples for a lot less money. You're not sure about it so better to be safe then sorry. The ones on eBay are cheap enough that even if fake would be very little money. If I were you I'd walk away. Heck, for the amount of money he wants, I would pass because of the rim damage.

i allready have a replica of the coin, my father always wanted this piece so if is there a 70% + chance of being real the 200 euro would mean nothing thinking i have acomplished something that my father did not got to due and would mean much more to me than the 200 euro
Hope you guys understand what i mean

Hi. All we need now is the accurate weight. Don't miss that the coin had some wear and it must have lost many centigrams. Then we need you to test the coin with the magnet yourself. Don't worry.. and take it easy . Good luck again.

we do know how much it means to you. we just do not want you to be suprized if it is not real/authentic. we do NOT want you to be taken advantage of.
