    Are the lines on her face actually on the plastic or not? If they're on the plastic, I'll say MS62. If they're on the coin, I'll say MS Details - Scratched.

    MS 61. Lots of hairline scratches, though it doesn't look cleaned.

    photos were not taken through plastic (coin is laying in half of a plastic holder). So, they are on the surface of the coin.

    I don't see anything on this that indicates damage or cleaning. Its a strong 62 with a shot at a 63.
