Back to the original topic. As I understand it, after so many days, you claim your money from eBay and eBay goes after the seller.

Calm down? Please. Not a ripple has been raised. There are more of you running to the defense of someone too lazy to figure something out for themselves than helping him yourselves. I pointed out his error in where the thread was put and that it was far easier to find his answers by consulting elsewhere, namely the agents he dealt with to obtain the item he now wishes to return, and so pointed him in that direction. It's deplorable that you should even attempt to police a thread with a gender-biased antiquated emasculation attempt by saying "panties in a wad!" Good grief!!!

If the length of a "discussion" matters to you so much, why do you keep replying to the thread and making it thus longer? Further, it's not "about the proper amount of homework one should do before posting to CT belong?"

I can, they can ask in the GD section! You seem to have missed my saying so a few times already to the misguided critics amongst you.

Right! Just as he discovered when he contacted PayPal.

Your right, the refund process is the same as the open case process.

This thread is about coins, and the largest coin dealer in the world. If this upsets you, so be it.

I ask all sorts of questions here. Mainly because many of you come from all walks of life and have varied years of experience handling certain situations. We are much stronger as a collective than as several individuals all running in our own one man circles.

You haven't discussed any coin. Not one thing about a coin. You asked about how the eBay process of returns works. That is not discussing coins.

I agree. Hopefully this thread has taught people about eBay returns, but also that it wasn't about coins, but rather a company's policy and navigating it and where such a topic on this forum site belongs.

You sure are exerting a lot of TROLL energy today arent you.

Brian is a well known member here, on a coin forum, talking about one of the most used coin venues in the world. I assumed he was talking coins when he first opened the thread, so your only gripe has been that he didnt mention it and because he didnt explicitly say 'coin' in his original post, that it should simply be moved over to General Discussion.

I know what needs to happen here, the big dogs need to make you a SUPER MODERATOR

There is a report button directly below each post. Click that and let the mods handle it if you are so hurt by the forum selection. Or just move on.

Not moving on is just making you look like a busy buster putting your whole attitude and pettiness on display.

I get it, you dont want to be wrong, but this is so trivial, I cant help but ask why you feel the need to give Brian a hard time?

It would be the same as me asking a question about Heritage or Great Collections. I don't know why I'm bothering to explain myself.

    And you're not...

I'd wager a lot of members are well known here. It doesn't matter who posted this inquiry in the wrong forum, nor the fact that people can't figure the simplest things out for themselves without running to the care of others. Whether the OP mentioned a coin in the title or first post still wouldn't matter, it's about eBay returns, not coins.

You guys sure have a lot of nothing to do than bug me about it... If only you worked so hard at having a coin discussion or actually helping the OPs return!

I cant figure out what he plans to accomplish by repeatedly telling you that you put it in the wrong place to begin with. Its wasting his time and energy and detracting from the topic at hand.

Its simple to report it and move on if this is his only issue. Talking about it is just creating unnecessary drama

If just related to a return regarding those auction houses, the question would still be more suited to GD forums. It doesn't matter that the object being returned was a coin.

I am defending a friend on a forum from an unwarranted attack from you, so I dont mind spending some time here.

You are ignorant to assume that Brian doesnt know how to figure it out himself, im sure this just seemed easier. I know I like to take the easy way out of things if I can.

Yes! Bingo! The thread has already addressed the OPs issue, allbeit in the wrong place. You all persist at arguing and dragging on. Good job coming late to the thread and spinning your wheels!

How is it with all of your infinite wisdom you couldnt perceive that he was chatting with us about a coin he would like to return?

I'm not attacking him, but a lot of you sure are trolling me. Gee.. I even managed to help the guy find his way back to eBay/PayPal to get his answer. None of you stuck to topic and did the same. Just stop fighting and trolling me and pay attention to your freinds business if you're so noble.
