I have just started going through rolls of coins from the bank. I am basically doing it to build my coin collection. When I find a old coin that I already have I would like to trade it. What is the best way to do this?

You can post a Want To Trade list if you desire. You can also befriend people who trade coins and then send them a list and dig through theirs. I trade world coins all the time by exchanging want lists and then mailing the coins. The first thing you'll need is a duplicate listing for others to look at. Once you have that, send that and your want list out and see what happens.

Do you have a local coin club in your community or school? It would probably be cheaper going this route and avoiding the expense of shipping.

This is your best bet. Find local collectors to swap if you can find them.
