1908 D Dime

i am looking to bid on this dime and am wondering what you think the Grade would be and what is it worth?

AU 53 or 55. PCGS list AU55 at $70

 

Two have recently sold in AU grades from 50 to 66. AU DETAILS one sold for 57

 

I went with 58 but wonder if it might get an MS Details, cleaned. The image is really bright.

 

I was thinking MS details cleaned too..

 

Based on the photos, I wouldn't go as far as improperly cleaned, dipped most likely, but, I think it could still get an AU58 from a TPG.

 

To get more responses, you should add the photos in full size...

thank you all for the responses. It was listed as AU but looked better to me. The cleaning is not something I considered until it was mentioned here.

 

Thanks everyone, It was estimated by the auction house at $120. i did go to $80. It is a good looking coin.
