Collector finds 1969-S DDO Lincoln cent after searching through 12,000

    Unless memory escapes me, $19,800 seems surprisingly low.

    That's not a fair statement Frank. I search for things all the time that I don't 'collect' but wish for a payday on.

    This also might be his sole enjoyment of the hobby, searching low value coins for a high dollar pay off.

    Or, he may use that $20,000 that cost him basically nothing to fund that key date he needs to complete his 'real' set.

    Either way, I can't judge him for taking a $20.000 payday

    I would have done. The same thing. I could. Get alot of nice coins. That i actualy collect for 20 k. Id use some for coins. And some for other. To. Try a make more money off of

    Seems like I've searched multiplies of 12,000 cents. That's not even 5 boxes.
