I picked this up directly from the Royal Mint in England. It's pure bullion. I really liked the design and was willing to pay their price, which IMO, was very high. It's only money right?

 

I really like the toning on this one!

 

1926 Mercury Dime for my Dansco. Less than $9! Nice coin with lots of luster.

1875-CC double dime BF-2 PCGS AU-55 CAC. The white vertical lines on the obverse are scratches on the outside of the holder.


1876 double dime PCGS AU-58

Acquiring these two pieces completes my set of circulation strike twenty cent pieces. They will reside next to the 1875 BF-1 PCGS AU-55 CAC and 1875-S BF-2 NGC AU-55 CAC. The dealer who I bought the 1876 from had it in his personal collection for over a year and believes it has not been submitted to CAC for review. I have not yet attempted to attribute its variety yet.

 

That's what I was thinking too!

 

My first and only seated coin. Picked up today. Going to keep it in my wallet, pull it out when stress accumulates during work.

Impossible to photograph but it is PCGS graded as a PF-64 BN and even has a little greenish turquoise color to the obverse.

 

Not out of the ordinary but it does fill a missing space in my inventory. I graded it as XF40. Bought here on CT from a fellow member.
