I found this one interesting. It looks like this coin would be rough in nature but it feels smooth. After looking closer, you can see where some of the mottos , appear to be over lapped by the rim. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this before.
The tumbling around and around would eventually push the metal in. Kind of like spooning a silver coin.
Armando, try putting your nose right against the bark of a tree, and tell me what you see behind the tree. If you can't see the forest for the tree, maybe it's time to back off. In other words, can we see photos of the entire coin? Chris
I'm guessing that it was originally caused by environmental damage and then subjected to chemical damage (cleaning). Chris
