Hopefully not a lot of them are counterfeit, LOL. Let me rummage through and get back to you. One for sure is a 1850 California coin I Have that I was told was the real deal only to find out that I am a total idiot.... I'll get some out and get some photos to you.

Well, there are certainly some nice examples of classic Seated coins here, but I guess I must be the only one with a substantial collection of moderns...

For that matter, I've even got a few examples of modern Seated currency:

I really did have in mind (especially for the silver) to buy the coins, not the... slabs -- but cracking these out has proven a bit too much of a challenge for me. (There was one more seat filled with polished clad coins, and I decided to experiment with extracting those. The experiment was a resounding failure.)

image.jpg image.jpg Ok well I went to a local estate auction today for a couple pieces of antique furniture and had no idea the quality and dates of the coins they had. The pics they had up were terrible worse then mine lol I didn't get everything but I got a few nice ones

Although I just collect foreign coins (Ancients + Latin American Republican or post-colonials), I've always admired the US no stars seated design. I've wanted one for 30 years but in nice shape they've always been quite pricey.

Nice 1879 Proofs! Seated dime is a hard one to get someone to sell.. Heritage would be the easiest place to find one of 147 graded by Ngc unless you find one on eBay. ?
