Ok so I was planning to open a new bank account with a reginal bank in my city that has 3 branches nearby. That way I can spread my pickups and dumping across the board more easily. So is there any questions I should ask them before I do? Such as can they order boxes or will they take loose coins? Any suggestions?

Yes. Ask if they can order boxes, if there are any surcharges associated with those orders, etc. Some banks can't/won't order half dollars. Others won't order any unless you're a business account.

No one really takes bulk loose coins, unless you mean "loose" in rolls. Then any bank should take them.

One bank I use has a machine that counts any loose coins I dump. That's more of what I meant by loose. Since the bank has 3 branches I can maybee use one for dumping and 2 for picking up.

Ah, okay. Yeah, I only dump at banks that have counting machines.

When possible, I dump at a different bank altogether.

The 3 branches most likely use the same armored car company. At least that's how it is with the banks I deal with. I have an account at one bank that uses Dunbar and I strictly dump with them. The other account uses Loomis and I only pick up from them. That way there is a smaller chance that my dumps will get mixed back into what I search.

I have lots of accounts in various institutions so I can pick up coin all over town and country.

Yep, that's the strategy I use.
Also I only pick up at the bank that has the counting machine so that I can buy the halves of the machine. when you buy off the counting machine you will get stuff that is not coin or the wrong coin. the halves bags have 1c, 5c, dimes, quarters, foreign coins, guitar picks, Chucky Cheese tokens, golf course ball machine tokens, plastic board game tokens, and more. Usually the silver almost makes up for the shortage due to tokens and junk. but once in a while you hit a really great batch.
I do have a business account at one branch (I do have a small business) so that makes ordering and pick up a lot easier.

I have asked managers and all at dif locations and they keep saying the bags have to go to the fed!!! I would love to buy bags sometimes when you fill them and they pull it out to change the bag you can see goodies.

One bank I use will not sell me the bags off the machine but the other will. I've had good luck with bags from the machines.
