Why can't we have pretty women on our notes in the US?

 

We used to. And they appeared on MPC notes until the Series 691 issue.

 

Found a couple million in the $2 box at a show today.

 

When a thread asks for pictures from the CT community, normally we post items from our own experiences, collections or inventory. You probably weren't aware of that. Otherwise we would be looking at the same pictures over and over again from the internet.

It was cool since my son and I were the only people allowed to be photographed with it at the 2010 ANA World's Fair of Money. I saved the BEP photographer's bacon and this photo was his way of saying thanks.......

 

Biggest I got and I seem to recall it came to me from a CT swap...

 

Okay, so it's not a banknote, but here's my highest denomination bond. It's definitely fun to hold an item that was really worth $14 million at one time.

 

My $1000 autographed God only knows when by a couple STL HOFs.
