Here are some notes that I could use some help on. There are at least 18 $1 dollar notes that are missing the black seal an tracking number some are just have a light print Could someone help with a price? All notes are crisp a teller pulled them out of a bundle an called me.

Surely someone has an idea of what they think they are worth.

Could sell for up to $100 per, maybe more, if legit. Serious underinking of the third print black run. Sweet find.

More importantly, did you call Clint Webb?

    Definitely an under-inking error.

On their own, the notes might fetch $50-$75 a piece if they are uncirculated and listed on eBay in their raw state. Get them graded by a reputable company like PMG or PCGS, and you'll increase the value to $100 or more.

When you have a set of 18 consecutive error notes, you're looking at more. Error collectors love consecutive examples. You could see upwards of $150 each, before auction fees. You can probably walk away with $2,000 at the end of a good day. It's critically important to get these notes in front of major error collectors with deep pockets, through auction houses like Heritage, Stacks Bowers and Lyn Knight.

Most of those auction houses will only accept graded/authenticated error notes. Selling them raw means eBay, and getting perhaps half of their potential price. Send them in to PMG or PCGS to be graded, before contacting Heritage, Stacks or Lyn Knight. That should be your first step.

Look at the first picture you posted. Maybe these aren't you're notes, otherwise you'd know who Clint Webb is

Never said the notes was mine, just said a teller called me. They are wanting to sell them to me an pics came from him. He already new they may be worth around $100 each as far as Clint Webb not sure how that got there it's not on the pic he sent me. Hope that clears a few thing up. Also thanks for all the help I dought I will get the notes unless he is willing to come off price a good bit.

I'm sorry I just went in to look at my pics Clint Webb does not show up but if I hit edit pic get smaller an then it shows up. I never looked at the pics once I put them on CT or I would have seen it. Also what do you think I should offer for the notes an still come out ahead once they get graded an how much does it cost to get notes graded at pcgs?

You need to have a dealer submit them or pay for a membership. Then you would have to pay $12 per note. The teller would have to come way down.

I offered $500. But guess that was turned down because I've not heard back. But that's fine. Thanks for all the help everyone has gave even the Clint Webb stuff, I'm sure I will look at pics better next time.

I usually get notes for face value from tellers. In return I bring snacks, cookies, etc. Sounds like this teller is gonna squeeze every penny out of interested buyers.
