PMD, but since you probably don't believe us go send it for grading at PCGS. It's not my money being wasted, and if that's what it takes for you to understand that we know what were talking about, then so be it.
If you don't know, PMD is post-mint damage. What you have is a genuine one cent coin with a large cut through it. This could have been for a large variety of PMD reasons, but such a cut is practically IMPOSSIBLE when the coin is being minted. If you don't believe me, I encourage you to look up the minting process and explain to me otherwise.
