Luck for you dear fellow, though I don't think you'll need it. Postal boys carry on and deliver. Been most satisfied with 'em.....

I had a coin go to Vermont via Puerto Rico not too long ago. Added a week or so to the shipping, good thing I paid for Priority. All was Ok though, and buyer was very understanding.

Probably the postal machine is getting confused between VI (Virgin Islands) and WI (Wisconsin). "We deliver (headaches) for you". I have some coin packages going to Malaysia and Kuwait and none have been tracked (scanned) despite being barcoded. Leave it to USPS and U.S. Customs!

Ironically may have a problem as well. Ordered coin, and today tracking updated to out for delivery in a town about 30 minutes south of mine. Is the USPS making a special trip for me? Guess I'll find out...
