Guess the grade 20 cent piece

    Yes, it is. It will be the most I have paid ever for a coin but well worth the price I am paying. Once I acquire an 1876 I will have a complete set of business strike double dimes. The 1876-CC is not included due to its rarity.

    Liberty Seated coins have many years with portions on one side or the other that were weakly struck. There are also quite a few years where rusted dies were cleaned and used so once you know that then that must be taken into account and the grade assigned is based on the actual wear of the detail remaining on the coin.
