    It looks like a copy of a 5 dollar bill to be used as an example of what one looks like. I've seen similar things in my travels around the world at different money changer offices. That being said, I could be completely wrong :p

    Ink is totally wrong, and looks to be on regular paper, not the propriatary linen/cotton blend that is used for circulating US banknotes.
