1974D Ike Dollar Lamination Error?

    My dad got them uncirculated he gave me this one and he never owned a cat so idk man.

    its been alive since 1974, anything could of made thoses marks, groves, etc.

    My guess is that it was wedged underneath something which imparted these scratches.

    Definitely not a lamination issue since the scratches occur on the rim. Just scratches.
