For it to be a no "D", there should be nothing detected under 10X power. Yours is definitely visible. Still, it is a VF-30/35 coin.
In comparing my coin (XF45) to the OP's, as well as general definition of both, I have to confidently say that the OP's is a 'weak D'. There is an ever so slight remnant of the 'D'. It's in a nice collector grade (meaning, an example for those without deep pockets)...too bad it WASN'T a 'No D'....That 'Weak D' MS63 that mas4492 posted would be quite a score as a 'No D', but well out of this collectors price range in an Ms63 grade, knowing what my XF45 example cost.
