Don't worry, I didn't buy anything from this clown. Check out the prices in this sellers Ebay store!! Is this account worth reporting?? Check out some of the sold items/completed listings....$25 for a RAW '28d merc??? $9 for an '05 indian??? Come on....Worst part is, this seller has a 100% positive feedback rating, and he's ripping people off!! Unbelievable!! Here's the Ebay page for this sellers feedback. Again, check out the prices paid for completed auctions. UNBELIEVABLE!!! http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=jds*coins*n*stuff!&ftab=AllFeedback If the link doesn't work, seller account name is jds*coins*n*stuff!
These types folks abound.........let us all take note. Don't tread where you could lose your hinney......
Is he actually violating any eBay policies? He can price his coins however he wants and no one has to buy anything from him. People choose to bid on his coins and if they are so ignorant of the true value of his coins then it is their money to throw away. If I were you I would not get so worked up over him it is not worth getting your blood pressure up for naught.
Hi Ed. I just hate to see people getting taken advantage of like that. Totally being ripped off. Glad I ALWAYS do research and price items before I bid on 'em.
If you want to see "rip off", tons of sites online sell rolls of wheat cents for over $15 a roll, a half pound of world coins for $30, a roll of worn buffalo nickels for $60, etc.
Why on earth would you report someone for successfully selling their coins. He accurately described his coins. I assume he treats his customers right and deserves his feedback. Your effort to police the world to keep it free profit. BTW, I should report you for interfering with free enterprise.
Geez, if you think this guy is getting too much, you should see what I get for toned coins. You'd probably grab a pitch fork!
People overpay for almost everything. Have you looked at cable bills, food prices, clothes? I should report GAP for selling bluejeans for $70 when I can get them at goodwill for $5!
I agree w/ the don't tread. I know of a member here that sold 10 lbs. of wheats for around 100; nothing older than '50, according to his feedback.
But look at the deals he has on 50 billion gazillion Zimbabwe notes!!! Instead of reporting the seller we should report the buyers as dummies.
"People overpay for almost everything. Have you looked at cable bills, food prices, clothes? I should report GAP for selling bluejeans for $70 when I can get them at goodwill for $5!" Food in the U.S. is one of the greatest bargains in the world. If you overpay for that, you are as guilty as those who overpay for coins.
That is my point. People will willingly overpay for things. Why buy $70 jeans when you can get them for $20? Why pay $50 for a steak when you can get it for $10? This guy is charging a lot because someone out there will pay for it. That is not illegal.
