here is what I got back from NGC for other 1971 kopeks.
50K MS65
15K UNC Details UNC Details
5K MS66
It is interesteing they didn't come back as PL like the 20K.

 

AU-55 OR AU-58 , FOR THIS ONE PROBABLY NOT WORTH TO SEND IT TO NGC.

 

Sometimes they choose PL or MS , not sure why

 

i think MS Is more valuable in this case

 

Can you explain why MS worth more? I also see there were coins graded as 'PF' by PCGS.

 

pf only by PCGS Im not exactly sure why they choose to grade as MS PF Or PL.
But they all seems to be PL to me cause they where made to be for collectors only
