Sorry no rainbow tone. Looks circulated and harshly cleaned at some point and has begun to tone. To me, I'd only buy at melt or slightly above.
That is album toning not rainbow toning. This and the 1949-D look like they were cleaned before they were put into this album. There is a good chance the rest of them were also.
Agreed. Not only that but the craze for toned coins isn't at its peak like it used to be when people would be $20 for a circulated example of a franklin halve that was toned. Not its just melt.
