It's hard to tell with your pictures being at an angle and not straight above the coin but I also feel like I see some spread on Liberty.
OK here's a few more pics. ...and ...I just found this 1960 cent small date variety and I thought it was a p at first look but then saw a very faint D there. Any ideas about why the D is so light?
I'm not an expert but that looks like the DDO I posted the link to earlier. Hopefully someone else will chime in who has more knowledge than me. As for the 60. It's hard to tell with the pic. I'm guessing grease filled die.
