Looks like a WAM to me.

    I don't see a space between the A and M.

And behind the 2 in the date, I can see a 5.

I'm going to take a chance and send it to PCGS.

That most likely some type of planchet flaw behind 2?
air bubble under or Post mint damage the date.
but as Wide AM an expert/grading service would have to confirm what we think we see :)

But the M seems to be evenly spaced between the A and E. On the close AM the M appears to be definitely shifted toward the A and not evenly spaced. I pay much attention to the gap between the A and the M because that can vary somewhat due to wear or polishing of the die. But if you just look at the AME as a group on the close AM the M will definitely look too far to the left.

Shouldn't we have a close up of the "am" and the "fg" in order to tell if it is?

I see the AM and to me it looks like there is no space between the two letters which makes me believe it's a CAM. Would be nice if it was that easy.

    It's a WAM. 99.9% positive.

Why can't we see a close up of the "am"?

Can't tell... too blurry and a shadow obscures the area. Don't know.
