I believe we all have times in our lives where collections have to take a back seat or even get sold off. For me it has been a decent time - but in the next few months to couple of years I am going to seriously pare down my various numismatic pursuits. Not for health reasons, but kids in college now, sort of changing interests etc.
All the great currency collections started with one note, Rickie. Just like this one has. All the best.
I tried to post earlier, but did not work. Glad your back. It will take time to get back like it was. I hope you continue to be better, and find what you desire.
Great looking note Rick! Your taste is always something to be admired. I picked a new note last night - first in a while outside of the 656 collection (& that's a entirely different - insane discussion - I'm a recovering addict that occasionally falls off the wagon ) - that had me thinking of you. It's somewhat of a rare obsolete, circulated and canceled, but something I wanted to add to a series you got me started on. I'll share when it arrives later in the week. Guess I am saying - it's great to see you back, you have inspired many of us here! Best Wishes ~ Darryl
Thanks RickieB, As far as the 65 collection - Over 100 Binary 65 notes and well over 100 notes that are either 1 digit off of a Binary 65 note or has exclusive 6's and 5's with zeros. See a sample of these below. I really need to do a better job cataloging them.
I think the $20 you are thinking of is the top note. It's the only graded note in that denomination and if I'm not mistaken that is the note that came to me special. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
