Yep I got my last gold ordered cancelled I wonder if I should call about the $5 shipping they charged me for the stupid bag? Oh well, got a few of each of the golds and quite a few of the silvers. It's probably time to move on to figure out how I can buy 5 of the gold Kennedy's when they go on sale.

 

Cancelled here as well. It would have been my first gold purchase in 25 years. So be it. I still have all the clad and silver commemoratives since 1982 in both proof and uncirculated and that is the focus of keeping that part of my collection complete.

Maybe they'll cancel it today

 

Let's not hope so. Hopefully those of us who still have orders in process are gonna get 'em eventually. Mine shows an 8/6 date currently.

Got my half in the other day. Still waiting on the dollars. Same as above with proof listed as back ordered to ship on 8/15 and the Unc back ordered with a shipment listed today 7/31. I ordered on 4/9 so it may be 50/50 if I see the dollars.

 

My proof silver dollar that I ordered 2 years ago is coming late August, they say.
Think I'll have my favorite beverage on that note.

getting real close

 

I cancelled the last five dollars ordered because the value is way down and it's become clear the mint has delayed so long, waiting for returns to mail out again. Why let the mint have your money, only to have to return them because they're problem coins? And, the last return I did, the mint refunded the cost, but would not refund the original shipping.

 

Got my grades in yesterday. Sent in 22, thought 15 would get 70 and tried to pass 7 more through. Got 16 MS/PR70s.....not bad for 60 year old eyes. Picking out 70s was pretty easy on these HoFs. Here they be.

What! No bag? I was going to cut out eyes and wear it on my head as the unknown numismatist. Now I have to rethink my attire for the August ANA Money Show. :>(
