Hard from the pics but I'll take a newb stab and say AU details (cleaned/Hairlines)

Are the hairlines on the plastic? All over coin but pretty pronounced under right wing on reverse.

Going only on the questionable photos, I would respectfully beg to differ.

 

As I'm sure you know this is one of those dates that can take a huge price jump in higher grade.
Sadly, I think this one missed the jump. AU details here as well for harsh cleaning.

Looks more promising, but the photo is blurry (camera shake). Try again in brighter light.

84 S: AU details Improper cleaning

78: Too hard to judge from the pictures. Please try to highlight the coin, not the surroundings.

 

I think it is AU cleaned also. These coins were badly treated due to the big jump in value between AU and MS. Better photos needed for 2nd. We are not saying the cleaning is recent or inferring you did so.

 

What makes you think that the coin has been cleaned?

You can see where someone took a material and rubbed the coin leaving very small scratches.

both cleaned, the 84-s still could get some good cash for it, maybe $100+ , the 78 also looks cleaned but this could be due to the dull photos, no offense to you we aren't pro photos but its to hard to tell without clear pics. as a guess id say unc details cleaned for 78, could also just be a slider au just can't be sure.

 

Them photos were uploaded via iPad so I think that's the issue.
