Not a design I ever cared for myself, but that one does have pretty toning. And it's somewhat unusual to find one of those in such good shape.
They can come in that grade, but usually have been dipped. This coin has both the grade and has not been messed with it appears. I find the typical grade they come in is vf-ef, but white BU is not terribly uncommon. Nice coin Matt.
Nice one Matt , it took me years to find a really nicely struck MS coin , just wish it had that color .
