Need help with a 2001 New York quater on the baking their is a indentation on the map.

Can some one tell me the name of the error on the back of this quaters

I see something just to the left of the torch, but with the poor picture, I couldn't tell what it is. Can you get a pic that's in focus?

i see the indent... its right over the Hudson River

I would guess something smashed that area..can we see the other side too ??

That is what I was thinking. Still kind of hard to see.

 

I have no idea what that might be but since its not really an "in your face" type of thing, meaning: you really have to look for it, I don't know that its really significant.

At this point in time, the only thing to do now is to ship it off to CONECA for some type of attribution. Especially since the photography leaves a LOT to the imagination to fill in.
