Here,s another rare one from my collection though this is not a 67 or 68 it,s still
A very rare note and not seen to often even in ungraded form let alone in graded

What year is it?

 

The Series 691 was intended for use in Korea, but never issued

these notes were printed circa 1969

 

I wonder why they were never issued . Any ideas ? It's not like there was a lack of serviceman stationed overseas in '69 .

 

They actually destroyed millions of dollars in MPC just like this( see below)
